For our client, an international corporation with an established market position, we are looking for a person fluent in Slovenian. We will teach you everything – you don't need experience!
About the position:
During everyday tasks, you will have contact with the company's customers, both by phone and e-mail. It will be your responsibility to provide the best possible customer service and to provide comprehensive answers to your inquiries. However, this will not be your main occupation. To the same extent, you will also deal with basic administrative issues. These include, among others, preparing reports in accordance with established rules, managing customer data in the company's database.
Our requirements:
We do not require experience! – we will be happy to teach you everything! Therefore, you need to be communicative and open to new challenges, because these qualities will be useful to you when working in this position. We care about your fluency in Slovenian. If you know the basics of using MS Office programs and can work under time pressure, these will be additional advantages.
