On behalf of our Client - new BPO center we are looking for Russian Speakerspassionate about social mediato join freshly-established team, located in Poznań.
In this role, you will act as a first point of contact for Customers via social media. You will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, validating and moderating user-generated content (images, video etc.) according to the procedures and timely responding to issues.
We are looking for Candidates, who have Russian language skills (at least C1 level) and good Englishskills as well. Previous experience is an asset, however it is not required. In this position you should also present well-developed communication skills, attention to details and have high cultural tolerance.
