For our Client, omnichannel retail company, we are looking for Java Web Software Developer.
Your new role
On the position of a Java Web Software Developer you will be a part of the Qi Digital team, a software engineering organization based in our client’s International Markets focusing on the design, development, unit testing, and implementation of efficient, cost effective application development solutions on multiple digital platforms.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 – 5 years of Software Development experience.
- Understanding of Java 8 or higher
- Advanced knowledge of web development tools and technologies (JavaScript, jQuery HTML5 / HTML, CSS3 / CSS, JSON, and interaction with REST APIs).
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager.
- Solid understanding of user interface/experience design principals.
- Experience in using unit testing tools such as Postman, SonarQube, and JUnit that verify core logical functionality as derived from acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency with Maven or Eclipse IDE tools.
- Ability to use GIT or Stash for source code management.
- Experience in using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins for code deployment.
- Work directly with QA /Test team members to resolve issues and defect
- Familiarity with navigating and updating workflow tasks in JIRA
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
