RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a team member to be able to make architectural input on the current and possible application solutions
- Work closely with technical leads, analysts and developers to design and implement Enterparise Analytical Platform within a structured development process;
- Work with full stack components (Java, Oracle) once there's a need
- Direct communication with customers in Agile mode
- Troubleshoot performance, concurrency and functional problems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
SKILLS
MUST
- Java development background
- willingness to develop in Big Data area
NICE TO HAVE
- at least basic experience with Apache Hive or Impala (considered a strong benefit)
- Spark for ETL
- Kafka for CDN messaging
- Scala
- Oracle (used as backend logic implementation and DWH)
