For our Client, well-known international company located in Gliwice currently we are looking for a IT Technical Support Specialist with German.
Your new role
As IT Technical Support Specialist with German you will be responsible for handling standard and non-standard requests, analyse and remotely resolve simple and complex incidents as well as identify, diagnose and resolve problems together with other support teams. You will also follow the implemented processes (ITIL), participate in different IT projects and contribute to continuous improvement of your daily work.
What you'll need to succeed
An IT Technician has a thorough understanding of client related issues, but is also able to troubleshoot issues together with client development, network, datacenter or application teams. You will need minimum 2 years’ experience as IT technician within client environment and good understanding of Network and Application environments. Crucial are very good English & German language skills, both written and spoken. Bachelor degree will be considered as a plus.
