On behalf of our Client, an international concern which takes its starting point in Scandinavia, we are looking for Candidates for the position of IT System Administrator (IT-Operations). Infrastructure and operations team consists of 9 people, divided between two offices both places houses stock and production. To IT department in Gdansk we are looking for an IT System Administrator specializing in IT Security.
Your new role
As IT System Administrator you will be responsible for further development of IT security and management of IT risks, report writing, designing and formulating security rules and policies and verification and investigation of security breaches or incidents. What’s more, implementing benchmark, safety and risk assessments, coordination of business contingency, and safety tests, penetration tests and tasks related to audit, compliance, etc. Operations and maintenance of the company IT infrastructure, utilize IT service management tool and 24/7/365 Guard Duty will be also your daily tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have broad knowledge, good understanding and interest in IT. More specifically, you have vast experience with IT security and you master control, risk and exploration. You keep track of what is happening in the area and is certified in the field of IT security, such as ESL, CISA, CompTIA Security +, CISM, CRISC or CISSP. Your language skills are good and you are able to formulate clearly both in verbal and written terms in English. Knowledge of ISF is an advantage. We would like you to have 5-10 years of experience, and you want to keep learning. You enjoy change and variation. You like to share your great knowledge - but also recognize when you need to seek out new knowledge. You are business and service oriented and have a good theoretical understanding.
