Your new role
The primary focus area as IT Service Desk Supporter is to provide support and assistance to our colleagues in HQ and partnership countries. Our main purpose is to be the liaison point between end-users, IT and key stakeholders and provide quality services with focus on consistent and efficient support.
Key responsibilities:
- 1st and 2nd line support on devices and applications
- Meeting room support and assistance
- Participate in guard roster after training period
- Continuous improvement of processes and tools
- Receiving and answering Service Desk phone calls
- Log, research and resolve issues assigned to you in our ITSM platform
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum have completed the IT-Support education
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience within IT support function from a Worldwide enterprise, but not a must
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Support of Apple and Android devices
- Experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge about enterprise solutions like SCCM and the likes
