IT Support with spanish

Responsibilities:
- Remote technical support of internal end-users (according to procedures)
- Contact by phone in spanish and english
- Work in a call center environment, in a shift-system from monday to friday (6-14, 10-18)

Requirements:
- Experience in an IT Helpdesk environment (min. 6 mth)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience with administering Windows (7/10) and MS Office
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, (knowledge of SCCM is a plus)
- Knowledge of LAN / WAN Technologies, experience with TCP / IP
