Are you a Spanish speaking IT ninja? Want to develop your skills and gain new knowledge whilst helping people?
For our Client, one of the biggest corporations, I currently am looking for a motivated IT specialist to join their IT team as a 1 stline support in Katowice.
In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support – answering inquiries on-site or via phone/email, whilst keeping the highest level of service for all of them. You will be responsible for keeping a log of all surfacing software/hardware issues detected and maintain full documentation. In case you come across an obstacle, you will be assigning those to more senior colleagues.
In this role you will need to show communicative and confident level of Spanish ( B2 minimum).
