Within this position you will be responsible for supporting company’s employees in all IT related issues. You will be providing access for employees to systems and applications, diagnosis and resolving problems connected with computers or network.
We are looking for Candidates with fluent English - C1 level. Previous experience in customer service or IT support will be a strong asset. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
