For our client, a leading fashion platform in Europe, we are currently searching for an experienced, innovative and passionate people, interested in position of IT Support Technician.
Your new role
- 1st & 2nd level support for workplace systems and warehouse sites (Windows, Mac OS,Linux);
- Troubleshooting in desktop, printer and mobile area;
- Setup and upgrading of workplaces and infrastructure;
- Monitoring of network infrastructures (hardware, TCP/IP, router, Wi-Fi);
- Fault analysis in WAN and LAN using appropriate network protocols;
- Support in building network.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous professional experience in 1st and/or 2nd level of support (experience in IT logistics field will be an advantage);
- Solid network knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet, WI-FI);
- Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Mail Transport, FTP, SSH will be an advantage;
- Completed education in IT field;
- Communicative level of English language (B2+)
- The ability if handling different kinds of systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows)
- Experience in the field of data protection and data security
- Interpersonal skills: assertiveness, teamwork, communication skills etc.
