For our Client, an ever-growing Shared Service Center based in Cracow, we are currently looking for candidates with perfect English skills and with knowledge of various foreign languages: Spanish, Italian, German, French, Dutch, Hungarian, Czech, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish.
Working at this position,you will be responsible for acting as a first point of contact for internal and external customers. Your duties will be related to resolving advanced IT issues, providing customer support regarding IT cases, analyzing and creating new solutions, providing information and updating applications. You also will be responsible for improving processes under appropriate guidance.
We are looking formotivated, open-minded and easy-going candidates with perfect command in English and other European languages, comprehensive knowledge in the area of IT support and highly developed analytical skills. As a person fully engaged in IT processes, one should have no problem with creating new solutions regarding IT issues. Due to the international nature of the work, your English should be at very good level.
