Your new role
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible to support the day-to-day operations within the fields of mail infrastructure, mobile devices and unified communication as a member of the communication team. The communication team provides the services mail (infrastructure & antispam), mobile devices and unify communication for all company’s departments. Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting, 2nd Level support, creating documentations and recording in ticket system
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess a University degree in IT as well as experience in infrastructure processes support. You should possess knowledge of IT services related to:
