For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of IT Support Specialist.
Your new role
Holding this position you will ensure optimal user experience on computers, administrate and develop the computer platform, and also implement and administrate management tools. You will also be responsible for compliance, reporting, troubleshooting and solution as well as computer hardware assessment, test and implementation. You will also take care of management and reporting of Microsoft and 3rd party licenses, administration, qualification, design and maintenance of SCCM, and administration and development of Group Policies and login script. You will also manage OS upgrades, test, create reference images and provide troubleshooting and problem solving.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess strong experience with troubleshooting of Windows 7, 8 and 10 in enterprise environment as well as experience with troubleshooting network and hardware related issues. You also need to have experience with administration of Microsoft backend/server systems (AD, GPO, DNS) and experience with Microsoft scripting technologies (PowerShell or VBScript). Knowledge of sysprep, network based OS installations, and Windows customization/branding is also required. Knowledge of SCCM will be an asset. Fluency in English is a must.
