For our client, international company operating within automotive industry, we are looking for 1st Line Support IT Specialist with German and English language to work in their Wrocław office.
Your new role
As 1st Line Support IT Specialist you’ll be responsible for supporting (by Mail, Web, Call) internal users with hardware and software related issues, and ensuring incidents and requests are accurately handled. On this position you’ll be working on further development and maintenance of existing knowledge database. Moreover, collaborating with various projects & stakeholders you’ll be identifying service improvement opportunities to key service management.
What you'll need to succeed
• Fluent German and communicative English
• Experience in a Help Desk/Service Desk or Customer Service role
• Basic skills in MS Windows + Office
• Customer and result orientation
• Teamwork, strong communication skills and flexibility
• Ability to think logically to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Passion to learn new concepts, technologies and processes
