For a company located in Cracow, which is developing its structures we are searching for IT Support Process Lead.

Your new role
While working on this position, you will be responsible for managing the IT processes team, identifying opportunities to leverage technology to improve service delivery and management reporting to track workloads, performance trends and problem areas. Your duties will cover ensuring compliance with company’s IT policies and procedures, interacting with the IT Executive Leadership Team and key contacts across the global IT organization and managing IT services against performance targets in collaboration with the GBS Governance Board and key stakeholders. IT Support Process Lead will be in charge of managing IT GBS staff including training, development, performance feedback, promotion and salary decisions and ensure high level of support for Krakow GBs Centre providing high standard service and stable infrastructure. Additionally, as a part of GBS Leadership Team, IT Lead will be responsible for driving IT department continuous improvement initiatives focused on cross functional projects and workload automation, budgeting, staffing and prioritizing workload of IT Department to deliver sufficient results according to planned budget and planning and executing key Global and GBS focused initiatives within IT Staff. While working on this position, You will act as a single point of contact for Business and IT Business Relationship Managers and you will participate in senior management community, discussing and taking decisions on GBS future.

What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should possess 8+ years’ experience in large corporate IT organization including service desk leadership / Security roles leadership or other support functions, experience working in a global SSC/BPO environmentand university degree. We are looking for candidates with in-depth knowledge of IT Service Desk best practices and performance metrics, and ability to utilize in driving performance improvements, strong understanding of ITIL methodology, very good understanding of Service Now and awareness of Cybersecurity. To be relevant candidate you need to hold experience in people management in large multi-national organization – at least 4 years leading team over 50 people. Due to work in international environment fluent English is required.
