On behalf of our Client, a global GSS newly established in Gdańsk, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of IT Helpdesk Specialist with Italian.
Holding this position you will be providing highly skilled user support for all areas related to Client Hardware, Windows Operating System and Office environment to complete workflow tasks, incidents and request in a cost-efficient manner. Moreover, you will strive for a high 1st level support solution rate to gain high level of user satisfaction. Solving user requests/incidents directly or qualifying routing of tickets to corresponding second level support team would also be your responsibility.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess approx. 2 years of experience in Help Desk area (Office365 (MS Office, Exchange Online, SAP, User und Password Management, Client Hardware, Network, Desktop Application, iOS, Web Browser and Operating System). Very good level of English and Italian is a must. What is more, customer service and solution delivery orientation would be highly appreciated.
