Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting company employees worldwide in terms of all IT – related issues, providing access to systems/applications, working closely with applications development team members and following established procedures, including ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
You are a good candidate if you know German and English (at least B2), you need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and present strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in working with customers is a big plus but not necessary!
