For our Client, a global multinational company located in the heart of Warsaw (Rondo ONZ), we are currently looking to recruit:
IT Specialist (user access management)
Your tasks will include:
- resolving incidents in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- being an escalation point for incidents related to user accounts received from other support groups
- creating and managing domain accounts in Active Directory: creating, deleting, enabling, disabling, renaming and transferring domain accounts and associated Exchange mailboxes
- managing and maintaining groups and contacts in Active Directory
- following the User Admin Process as defined in the User Admin documentation, recommending on how the Support Process can be maintained and improved
- ensuring that any underlying issues and problems found in the live environment are logged with the relevant 3rd line support teams
Key skills:
- understanding of the User Access role and responsibilities
- knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10, Outlook, Office 365
- experience of working in technical customer support environment
- Knowledge of support packages including Service Management Tools such as Hornbill’s Supportworks, Remote access tools
- experience of ITIL processes would be desirable
- Very good knowledge of English
