For our Client an international global known consulting Company we have the pleasure of running exciting recruitment projects for the IT Specialist that will join newly created Helpdesk team in Rzeszów!
On this position you will be responsible for technical support for other employees in problems with computers, hardware or applications. Managing incoming queries and cooperating with other company departments; implementing process improvements and also preparing reports within the notification system
We are looking for Candidates with good knowledge of English (B2/C1),very good knowledge of Windows systems and MS Office suite. Passionate and with willingness to learn more!
If you have knowledge of macOS/iOS X or certification in the area of ITIL® it will be an asset.
