For our Client, a newly established R&D Center in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of IT Deskside Engineer.
Your new role
Holding this position you will maintain and support local users environment. You will be responsible for infrastructure troubleshooting, solving local IT problems, providing 2 ndlevel of support for local users, installation and configuration of Hardware, and software. You will produce the appropriate technical solution and documentation, and ensure the integrity of security components like Anti-virus, webfiltering. You will also participate in the design, maintenance and development of infrastructure. Your duties will also include deployment of Active Directory strategies and policies. You will be expected to provide support for establishing and creating new IT environment within the company.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT field as well as 2 years of experience in providing 2nd level of support for local users. You need to be service and user oriented, and possess strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability. Fluency in English is a must and ITIL knowledge will be an asset.
