IT Solutions Architect (m/f)
The Software Architect will be working closely the chief architect on the evolution of future application landscape for central business applications/platforms.

Description
- Provide technical and thought leadership, strategic thinking and architectural direction on Target Architecture
- Planning implementation of the future state architecture and create clear data architecture solution
- Evaluate existing solution - provide analysis on benefits/challenges/risk
- Define and communicate architecture designs for solutions in accordance to data design authority governance and corporate principles (API first, Data Ownership)
- Work closely with the product teams and other stakeholders to meet the projects requirements aligned with MSH standards, IT & business strategies
- Provide governance on data/business/technology architecture, data/business/technology standards and target operating models (KPI)
- Ensure that architecture results are compliant with the stated requirements, approved technologies, best practices and MHP group strategies
Profile
-
University graduate of Computer Science/IT-related field, preferably with major in Software/System engineering or relevant working experience in the field

+5 years experience in architecting and designing technical solutions
-
+5 years experience with architecture and design of business solutions, being able to justify decisions and choices
-
+3 years experience in microservices architecture
-
A good understanding of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or others
-
Experience with mission critical technology components with DR capabilities.

Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management.

Experience in working on cloud - based technologies Microsoft Azure / GCP
-
Experience in architecting and Design Cloud-Native Solutions

Knowledge of SDLC/Agile/Devops/SRE methods (software development full lifecycle methodologies, patterns, frameworks, libraries and tools)

Knowledge of API management
-
Knowledge of usage Design Tools (e.g. EA, Archimate)

Knowledge of UML/BPMN
-
Experience in working with CI/CD systems

Experience in working on cloud - based technologies Microsoft Azure / GCP
-
Good technical background related to Data Warehouse/RDBMS
-
Fluent written and spoken English (C1)
- Candidates will need to be able to work a high pressured environment.
- Excellent Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Recent examples of programmes eg. leading complex global ITC transformations in a cross-functional/fast-paced environment, successful Enterprise Architecture transformation, Digital transformation.
