For our Client, a Shared Service Center based in Cracow, we are currently looking for candidates with perfect English skills and with knowledge of various foreign languages: Spanish, Italian, German or French.
Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for supporting management in achieving demanding technical and service goals for either internal or external customers across EMEA. Your duties will be related to resolving advanced IT issues, providing customer support regarding IT cases, analyzing and creating new solutions, providing information and updating applications. You also will be responsible for improving processes under appropriate guidance.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for motivated, open-minded and easy-going candidates with perfect command in English and other European languages, comprehensive knowledge in the area of IT support and highly developed analytical skills. As a person fully engaged in IT processes you should have no problem with creating new solutions regarding IT issues.
