We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

 

IT Service Owner Specialist

Location: Kraków

 

 

Our team is currently looking for a skilled individual to act as the IT Service Owner Specialist. The role will be responsible for managing multiple services through the entire lifecycle. The IT Service Owner will also communicate with IT senior management and other stakeholders to ensure a stable and smooth operation of our products. We have an enthusiastic team working under Agile and DevOps principles.

 

Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for the successful operation and continuous improvement of the service

Ensure that all necessary business processes are followed and participates in the governance of the service, including acting as a point of escalation for delivery teams.Provides L3 Support to the development pods,

Provide the connection between multi-disciplinary business areas and stakeholders

Assist in Disaster Recovery planning and testing

 

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in one of the following: supporting IT Services, project manager, business analyst, product owner or service owner

Flexible, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in the face of adversity

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Knowledge of all components of an enterprise IT architecture and processes

Not required but desired:

MSSQL server or .NET framework knowledge, ITIL, JIRA, Azure DevOps

Practical experience with Agile and DevOps principles. The team focuses on the delivery of middle sized applications to support processes and communications with various business partners inside company. The development has been based on .NET technology and we have implemented new trends in a software coding
