Currently for our client, international Facility Services, we are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager!
IT Service ManagerMiejsce pracy: Wrocław
Responsibilities:
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Set specific customer service standards
- Improve customer service experience, procedures, policies and standards
- Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
- Lead a global meeting service center support staff
- Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
- Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
- Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk team’s productivity
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Prepare the necessary reports and present it to the customer
- Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents
- Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:
- Experience on similar position
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Fluent English
- Working knowledge of customer service software and tools
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- ITIL Foundation Knowledge
