IT Service Desk/Support Specialist
A global organisation of approximately 140 employees with three main hubs in Hørsholm, Madrid, and Krakow and IT staff on our production sites and regional sales hubs in Germany, France and North America. Today, the company has the most IT competencies in-house and you will have qualified colleagues across the globe.
Client Details
The company offers allergy immunotherapy products in the form of injections, sublingual drops and sublingual tablets - the latter being the newest, best documented and most convenient form of treatment.
In addition, it manufactures an epinephrine auto-injector for the treatment of severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) and also manufactures products used in allergy diagnostics.
Description
- Global End User support with focus on Europe
- Issue handling and escalation according to service level agreements
- Provide IT service, guides and "one to one" and "one to many" IT training
- Support of current, new and future end user IT devices and applications
- Installation, configuration, and setup of IT systems
- Software installation, printer configuration, video conference setup etc.
- User administration
Profile
- General good knowledge of IT platforms
- A technical, logical thought process
- Experience in hardware and software installations
- Experience in user administration in a Windows environment
- Experience in the use of MS Windows and Office365 environment
- Experience in users' administration with Active Directory
- Good knowledge of IT support processes (best practice)
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and delegate
- Polish and English languages at the communicative level are a must. French or Spanish are nice to have but not mandatory
