For Our Client – An International Company that is a leading global provider of woodfibre solutions and products – we are looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to Shared Services Centre located in Cracow.
Your new role
IT Service Desk Specialist will provide 1 stline support to simplify users daily job and help them with all occurring IT incidents. Your daily duties will be related to investigation and in-depth diagnosis of IT issues which you will solve independently or escalate to other resolver groups. This role includes constant email and phone contact with end users in English and monitoring of existing issues. Moreover, IT Service Desk Specialist beside troubleshooting should advise users on steps which could be taken to avoid same problems again.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful Candidate for this role you need to be a person with passion to IT and experience in great part of the following areas: MS Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, Citrix, LAN/WAN, End-user hardware, Lync. We are looking for a person who has knowledge of ITIL and strong problem-solving skills. In addition to this, English level that enables daily, easy-going communication with users is very important on this position. Knowledge of German and/or Dutch will be an asset.
