For our Client, a leading global company that is opening new IT department in Katowice, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of IT Service Desk Coordinator.
Your new role
As IT Service Desk Coordinator you will be responsible for leading a small team of IT Service Desk Specialists. You will be coordinating and solving customer queries as well as fulfil service requests using various diagnostic tools and interpersonal skills. What is more, owning and progressing incidents and requests with other Technology teams, on the customer’s behalf will also be your duty. You will manage high impact incidents affecting the technology systems and environments. Moreover, the scope of your tasks will include responsibility for answering telephone calls in a polite and timely manner whilst achieving agreed call wait levels (to ensure all calls are logged accurately and categorized correctly with all relevant information being recorded).
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you need to possess similar experience as IT Service Desk team Coordinator. Moreover, ITIL v3 Foundations certification is desirable. We are looking for Candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. Experience in international environment, preferably in the SSC department and ability to make challenging decisions in a timely fashion across highly complex.
