Your new company
For our Client, a Shared Service Center based in Cracow, we are currently looking for candidates with perfect English skills for IT Service Desk position (1 stline)

Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for supporting management in achieving demanding technical and service goals for either internal customers across EMEA. Your duties will be related to resolving advanced IT issues, providing customer support regarding IT cases, analyzing and creating new solutions. You will also be responsible for administrating and providing User Access and Exit controls

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for motivated, open-minded and easy-going candidates with perfect command in English and previous experience in the area of IT support/helpdesk. Knowledge of MS Office 2016, Windows 7 and 10, Active Directory and ticket system is also required.
