Your new company
For our Client, international company located in Wrocław that is opening IT Center, we are currently looking for IT Service Delivery Manager for Unified Communications process.

Your new role
Holding the role of IT Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the service strategy, technology roadmap and lifecycle, service development and service delivery performance of voice, video, messaging and collaboration services. The role will be dedicated to Unified Communications that covers:
- voice services over soft, fixed and mobile phones over switched, IP and mobile networks
- video conferencing services including VC rooms, bridges, room/office devices
- Messaging, sharing, whiteboard collaborations as part of Skype / TEAMs

Your main goal will be to deliver services throughout the service lifecycle, identify service vendors, establish services and manage vendor performance. You will plan, direct and coordinate the efforts of suppliers’ operations teams to manage and maintain BAU service. You will set global standards, technical and service aspects of the platform, support complex solutions and ensure that they fit within the network architecture. As IT Service Delivery Manager you will make recommendations for products and services covering the overall UC platform. Bring innovative communications technologies to the company, integrate them with the existing infrastructure and applications. You will keep up with technology trends and recommend specific vendors, technologies, and solutions.

Moreover, you will manage the global implementation of the voice & video telepresence and collaboration technologies. Evaluate existing technologies services and identify improvements in the voice infrastructure. Monitor corporate and remote telecommunications voice systems to identify technical operating problems with partners. Coordinate the planning/installation of related telecommunications equipment and services throughout the enterprise. You will provide overall IT Infrastructure 3rd level support.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful Candidate you need to hold university degree (IT related would be preferred), ITIL or IT4IT Service Management Qualifications with min. 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills and expertise in core technologies such as voice architecture, VoIP and SIP, video conferencing platforms, mobile technologies. You must be critical thinker with ability to research and collaborate effectively. It is required to have clear Communication Skills and technically proficient level including an understanding of good documentation practices. Due to work in international environment, you need to speak fluent English.
