For our Client, international company located in Wrocław, we are currently looking for IT Service Delivery Manager for IT Asset Management process.
Your new role
Holding this position, you will be taking ownership of the process and driving maturity in service coverage, service management, process improvement initiatives and automation. The role has the responsibility to build relationships with IT Service Delivery Managers to guide them on adoption of Asset Management processes, manage the lifecycle of the asset, using SLA performance reporting to hold service providers to account. Establish data baselines, visual performance dashboards, and challenge teams to drive improvements.
As a Service Delivery Manager you will be a part of ITSM platform development team and implement technology to support Asset Management within organization. You will investigate operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes and organisation. Assist in defining acceptance tests for these recommendations.
Moreover, you will control IT assets in one or more significant areas, ensuring that administration of the acquisition, storage, distribution, movement and disposal of assets is carried out. Produces and analyses registers and histories of authorised assets (including secure master copies of software, documentation, data, licenses and agreements for supply, warranty and maintenance), and verifies that all these assets are in a known state and location.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful Candidate, you need to hold university degree, ITIL Service Management Qualifications and IT Service Delivery Management experience including involvement in adoption of ITSM processes within organisation and SLA performance management. Also you need to hold strong knowledge and experience in software asset management including tracking license utilisation versus license inventory and recycling of software licenses. You should know how to plan the use of hardware assets inventory to meet capacity plans and how to manage asset's lifecycle process.
