Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordination of releases and maintenance activities, including communication with PaaS and customer
- Planning and coordination of enhancements implementation
- Providing data to measure KPIs
- Participation on regular and ad-hoc meetings with stakeholders
- Responsibility for service organization andservice improvement and optimization
Requirements:
- Excellent coordination, organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience with Java/.NET Development or Level 3 Support would be beneficial
- Proactive approach towards the managed area
- Taking the role of Problem Coordinator, Major Incident Manager if such problems occur in the service
- Experience in LifeSciences/Pharma or Healthcare IT sector will be a plus
- Fluent English
