We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
IT Senior Business Analyst
Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Accountable to communicate the overarching product vision to the team/pod and Agile teams and as an authorized representative and gatekeeper of customer value, responsible for the success of the product or service
Speaks as the ‘one voice of the customer’, bridging the gap between the business and IT, and is empowered to make business and functional decisions related to the product
Communicates the vision of the market, customer and product, prioritizes and directs the team to best achieve business value
Provides team with business domain expertise
Works with the Technical Product Manager and Team to ensure that work is deconstructed and translated into development activities across team/pods
Reviews epics and user stories to ensure they align to the product vision, challenging where necessary
Help facilitate the sequencing of work, surface and accommodate/manage interdependencies between teams, in collaboration with the TPM and Programme or Portfolio roles as appropriate.
Requirements:
Degree in business administration, finance or business informatics is well seen
Excellent business analysis experience within banking and financial services, including specification of business requirements (at least 5 years in application development, deployment/implementation and infrastructure).
Knowledge on product management
Knowledge on agile development
Experience in IT implementations and solution, strong technical understanding
Great documentation skills and familiar with tools Power point, Excel, Word, Visio & SharePoint, Jira, Confluence.
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Very good analytical skills
Very good command of English
Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
Ability to work with team members in different time zones
A high level of motivation, quick to learn
Ability to work with minimal supervision
