Your new role
Working in collaboration with colleagues within Global IT and end users around the world, you will take lead and execute in designing, implementing, configuring, replacing and documenting critical network infrastructure solutions based on a wide range of technologies.You will be involved in all security projects for both keeping current system is good shape and preparing for the future.A strong drive and ability to achieve goals working in teams will be an advantage, as the right technical solution is only one piece of the puzzle.You will also support, troubleshoot and develop existing systems, to ensure a high level of performance and stability, and be able to come up with innovative solutions to new business needs. GxP Compliance and documentation are a part of our mindset, so experience and demonstrated ability to achieve compliance in an effective and useful way is an advantage.Travel activity is expected from 15 to 25 days per year.Fields of responsibility

You have been working the last 8-10 years within IT operational security teams and/or part of SOC and is accustom with cross function cooperation, quality mindset, timely delivery and compliance requirements being in high focus and is now ready for new challenges. - Design, implement and operate new IT Security systems
- Provide budget and strategic input to management
- Manage and solve security issues
- Follow Vulnerability Management and Incident Response procedures
- Develop and improve security monitoring.
- Onboard O365 security products as the company expands its operation in O365/Azure
- Ensure security strategy is followed on company
- Raise potential security problems
- Develop Security awareness program
- Help on execution of IT Security Projects
- Manage and execute vulnerability scans
- Prioritize and follow communication plans on critical incidents
What you'll need to succeed

- An education in computer science, engineering or similar
- Fluency in English is a requirement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical and complex security projects, and to communicate and align with peer engineers and management
- Experience with Anti-virus solutions and EDR
- Experience with Anti-SPAM / Malware solutions
- Nice to have: experience with O365 security systems, experience with logging systems (SIEM), experience with GxP and qualification of computerized systems
