Job responsibilities:
- Establish and manage partnerships with recruitment vendors
- Search for new recruitment vendors mainly in the CEE market providing high-quality service depending on the area of technology, geography, and service
- Work closely with Recruitment and Sales teams to understand position requirements and talent needs
- Manage request and candidate flow
- Monitor and develop rules of cooperation with current and new vendors
- Handle contract management tasks and collaborate with the Finance team
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors according to the pricing policy
- Evaluate and analyze the efficiency of recruitment vendors
Requirements:
- 2 years of professional experience in HR/ Recruitment in-house or as an Account Manager
- Sound knowledge of the IT market specifics
- Very good command of English (C1)
- Business level of Ukrainian or Russian
- Good knowledge of the CEE recruitment market will be a big value add
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Goal-oriented approach and can-do attitude
