For our Client we are looking for a candidate to position
IT Recruitment Associate ManagerMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive recruitment team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and candidate satisfaction;
- Create and implement talent acquisition strategies;
- Provide timely and standard-compliant employment;
- Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience;
- Identify and partner with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met;
- Check and recommend new sources of candidate acquisition and effective methods of reaching candidates;
- Partner with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business;
- Conduct selected recruitment projects.
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experience on a similar role;
- University diploma in Psychology, Human Resource Management or other relevant field;
- Ability to lead and motivate the team;
- Well-established experience in IT recruitment;
- Knowledge of the job IT market;
- Fluent in English and Polish;
- Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes;
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods;
- Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks;
- Great interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong organization skills with high attention to detail.
