IT Recruitment Associate ManagerMiejsce pracy: Katowice
Responsibilities:
Lead and drive recruitment team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and candidate satisfaction;
Create and implement talent acquisition strategies;
Provide timely and standard-compliant employment;
Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience;
Identify and partner with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met;
Check and recommend new sources of candidate acquisition and effective methods of reaching candidates;
Partner with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business;
Conduct selected recruitment projects.
Requirements:
Min. 5 years of experience on a similar role;
University diploma in Psychology, Human Resource Management or other relevant field;
Ability to lead and motivate the team;
Well-established experience in IT recruitment;
Knowledge of the job IT market;
Fluent in English and Polish;
Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes;
Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods;
Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks;
Great interpersonal and communication skills;
Strong organization skills with high attention to detail.
