IT Recruiter
Location: KrakowWe are currently looking for an experienced recruiter to join our recruitment team based in Poland. We see this hire as an integral part of our business due to our planned growth and the exciting programs we are embarking on in the near future.

The purpose of this role will be to enhance our local capabilities and play key role in the growth of our Poland operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the business from entry to senior level positions
- Building strong relationships with Hiring Managers across the business at all levels
- Utilizing recruitment sourcing tools and social media channels to maintain high direct sourcing success
- Tracking recruitment processing in conjunction with recruitment management and other departments
- Providing management information/reporting key recruitment statistics
- General recruitment administration
- Continuously looking at new and innovative ways to improve the recruitment processes to meet growing business demands
- Working in a team with a researcher: recruitment strategy development, setting goals, results controlling
SKILLS
MUST
- High level spoken and written English
- A background and knowledge of full life cycle recruitment either from an agency or in-house
- Experience in IT Recruitment
- Ability to build strong relationships across the business
- Good organizational skills and record keeping (attention to details is critical)
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities multiple tasks
- Thrives in a fast paced environment, flexible and adaptable to change
