HRO Personnel

We are currently looking for an IT Recruiter responsible for Talent Acquisition, Vendor Management and Recruitment Marketing in GBM IT.

 

The IT Recruiter will need to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and partners, ranging from technicians to senior managers across GBM IT.

 

Three Main areas of work:

· Vendor Management: working closely with local recruitment agencies, ensuring the process is effective and smoothly run, identifying and removing blockers to attract the best talents on the market, building trust-based relationships

· Recruitment and Resource Management: Working closely with local Business Manager, Hiring Managers, HR Admin and Recruitment Team; Coordination of end-to-end recruitment process (opening and closing the roles, sourcing candidates via different channels, CV verification, Screening candidates, interview scheduling, extending offers and negotiations, tracking the overall progress and candidates statuses); Owning the Induction Plan and On-boarding Process; Managing replacements, transitions, renewals;

· Universities, Conferences, PR – promoting GBM IT outside HSBC, implementing new ways of advertising open roles outside the company via social media, being responsible for branding and building relations with Universities, building awareness on the local market via attending/organizing Fintech events, Hackathons, IT conferences, job fairs etc.

 

Other accountabilities:

· Reporting

· Administrative tasks

 

Requirements:

· Experience in IT recruitment is a must

· Knowledge of banking industry with a main focus on Investment Baking profiles is a must

· Practical knowledge of innovative sourcing strategies

· Experience in interacting with multiple vendors/stakeholders

· Excellent communication skills – fluent English

· ability to manage a complex workload

· Being comfortable with learning new things
