For our Client, company located in Cracow we are looking for IT Project Manager (SAP Business One).
Your new role
Holding this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of ERP (SAP Business One) projects based on business priorities. You will administer and supervise projects following global standards, assemble and manage ad- hoc team, determines priorities and escalate issues and risks to the stakeholders. You will also be expected to build close relationship and collaboration with business key user and management, along with taking responsibility for project cost, on time delivery and project sign off. This role also includes participating in the pilot of new IT solutions, signs off the product and ensuring that the ERP support team is trained on the deployed solution. You should also bring complex issues to resolution and participate in regular global meetings along with contributing to the ERP strategy. Within the IT team you will report to the IT Programme Manager, interact with IT SAP team, manages ad- hoc teams and transfer completed projects to the ERP Support team. Outside of IT Team you will interact with stakeholders in the business and IT vendors for technical support.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate holds strong knowledge of ERP and very good business acumen along with excellent understanding of business processes. This role requires strong project management experience in multi- national environment. What is more, a perfect candidate should have deep understanding of problem-solving techniques and methodologies along with excellent communication and managerial skills. The ability to effectively function in a multicultural environment and to establish the proper mix of skills and personalities while assembling teams is also desired. A candidate should be flexible to travel internationally on a frequent basis
