IT Project Manager - ERP related project
This is new position in our clients company. On this position you will be involved in implementation of ERP system. Experience in managing of a similar project is nice to have but not mandatory
Client Details
Our Client is a company from manufacturing/FMCG sector. Due to upcoming project of implementation of ERP system we are looking for experienced IT Project Manager/
Description
- Collaborating with managers and product owners to ensure the right definition and delivery for the project stages
- Managing project teams (internal and external team members) and communication as well as supervision of project participants in terms of scope, schedule, quality and costs
- Takes a role of change manager in the company leading employees through the change process on different levels (communication, cooperation, work organization, processes, etc.)
- Identify improvements in processes, knowledge gaps, products, communication, and efficiency
- Conducting root-cause analysis of identified defects, providing development teams with sufficient details to understand, replicate, and resolve technical and application problems
- Developing communication, coordinates between stakeholders for progress reviews, decisions, documentation and approvals
- Assessing risk and take necessary mitigation
- Tracking and reporting financial performance metrics and build budget plans to manage expenses
Profile
- University degree
- At least 2-3 of relevant professional experience as IT Project Manager
- Knowledge of specific project management methodologies and techniques (including PMI, IPMA, Prince, Scrum, others
- Nice to have - Experience in ERP related projects
- Knowledge of tools supporting project management
- Strong time management skills and flexibility necessary to handle workload
- Excellent analytical skills, data analysis for requirements of the project work & deliverables
- Fluent English for daily basis communication
- Reacting to changes and implementing solutions adapted to the current situation
- Communicativeness, openness and ability to work in a team
