IT Project Manager (Cyber Remediation)
Kraków
An opportunity to broaden/deeper knowledge and expertise in global projects for Cyber Remediation Programme where you can be part of dynamic IT environment. A successful candidate will be part of Private Banking projects.
Key Accountabilities:
Taking part in Private banking projects concerning Cyber Remediation Programmer
Working closely with various stakeholders located in different places in the world
End to end project management including activities Project Management: Project planning, Project size, effort and schedule estimation, Project monitoring, Project status reporting and Risk Management.
Monitoring compliance with the policies, standards and guidelines of Private banking
Requirements:
Experience of Project Management Methodology
Examples of the successful delivery of the projects on time and on budget
Stakeholder management experience
Experience in working with remote teams
Capable to work on daily basis in English – very good command of English
Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
Prior banking experience will be an advantage but not a must
Knowledge of waterfall methodology will be taken as advantage
Experience working within the Cyber Security world, managing specific security projects such as Identity and Access Management, Incident management, Risk mitigation, Data Protection, etc will be an asset
Knowledge of one or more IT security domains, such as application security, secure development lifecycle, infrastructure security, penetration testing and security incident analysis & response will be an asset
PMP training or certification
Agile/SCRUM certification
