The Controller for IFTP & STARS will assist the IFTP and STARS IT projects with financial control, including invoice reviews and approvals, forecasting, and accrual bookings for external consultancy services.
You will work using the bank's procurement tool (Buy&Pay) to verify that received invoices are in line with reported hours and that charged rates are in line with applicable agreements for consultancy services.
You will report to the IT project managers of the two respective projects.
The project managers are currently located in Sweden and India respectively.
Responsibility:
- creating and maintaining the projects' budgets and cost plans in the cost planning and budgeting tool
- entering monthly actuals and making gap analyses of actuals versus plans
- You need to speak fluent in English
- We expect that you are proactive and have a lot of initiative
- You need to be detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
