We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

 

IT Programme Manager

Location: Kraków

 

 

The Technology Programme Management job is accountable for delivery of Technology Programmes, Business Change Programme, or delivery of a critical Technology-only programmes within a Technology Portfolio. This Job manages change initiation, design and delivery and accountable for successful delivery of the programme and ensuring benefits realisation.

This job will be based within Data Services organization and will involve both Business and Technology change management including creation of the business case, overseeing preparation of operating models as well as implementation of technology enablers. The remit area may be global and may cross multiple Global Business and Global Functions. This role will be part of leadership team within Data Services Change Management function.

 

Key Accountabilities:

Manage programme strategy and the programme approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes

Ensure change programmes align to company strategies, in particular Group Data Strategy and contribute towards achieving strategic aims

Assist business stakeholders with the decomposition of the strategy objectives into outcomes and benefits that can be then translated by the teams into EPIC and user stories

Delivery, governance & reporting to stakeholders including the Product owner in the business, leadership of a service line or Product within Technology

Drives the use of the prevailing methodologies within Technology teams (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean)

Ensuring that all Change Management practices and associated tools are being adopted and adhered to within the Programme

Manage programme budgets, including headcount and software delivery capitalisation

Manage negotiation with and management of, and service agreement monitoring of third party contracts with Technology suppliers

Manage the development and promotion of the delivery portfolio and project management practices

Work across business and technology to establish effective controls, procedures and quality assurance processes for the product in line with the Business Transformation Framework, Solution Control Framework and Company Risk and Controls framework

 

Requirements:

Engaging the programme sponsor and stakeholders effectively

Ensures governance processes are in place in line with Bank's Change methodologies and decisions are applied consistently

Creation of effective programme plans to maximise benefits and minimise the risk

Drives execution against developed plans within constraints, considering the delivery approach, key milestones and dependencies, requirements and scope, effort and resources, budgets and quality in line with Group change methodologies

Building positive stakeholder relationships providing regular updates to resolve high priority issues affecting the project

Actively promotes Group Data Strategy and assures clear alignment of the projects objective to the long term goals

Ensuring that all Technology Practices and associated tools are being adopted and adhered to within the Project

Demonstrates effective financial skills to develop and manage a detailed business case, including investments, detailed benefits and link to overall finances of the business

Functional line management and budget responsibility for the business case

Sets the pace and operating rhythm of the project in line with delivery approach, driving a culture of achievement and ensures pace by identifying and removing barriers to project success
