IT Program Assurance Manager

Rate: 200 zł / hour net
Responsibilities:
- Analyze IT programs and projects and evaluate their true status and ability to deliver in time, scope, quality and budget
- Identify and evaluate the main project problems and risks
- Create transparency about the true state of the program/project and any need for action for program/project management and other stakeholders (e.g. management)
- Develop and validate tangible, pragmatic recommendations to address issues & mitigate risks
- Initiate the decision-making process for corrective measures and assure remediation accountability
- Align identified issues, risks and potential measures with the project and the leadership team
- Assure remediation accountability; facilitate go-to-green plan development
- 5 years’ experience in IT project and program management (financial services industry)
- Experience in large IT and matrix organizations
- An energetic and goal-oriented style, combined with well-developed interpersonal skills
- -Excellent communication and presentation skills as demonstrated in general conversation, formal presentations and written documents
- Broad knowledge in IT program and project delivery topics, e.g. solution and delivery approaches, project organization and governance, solution architecture, implementation and rollout plans, etc.
- Fluently English language skills, verbally and in writing
