For our Client, an international company from property and investment management services sector, we are currently looking for IT Procurement Buyer (EMEA region) to join their Shared Service Center located in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for tactical negotiations and buying IT devices, coordinating and supporting some RFX processes, raising Purchase Orders sending to suppliers, managing and uploading all contracts into system and preparing reports and presentations. In addition, you will support Category Managers on transition projects and work closely with IT and AP teams.
We are seeking candidates with more than 2 years of professional experience in buying and procurement (in IT area preferably). Fluent English is required as well as knowledge of procurement software (e.g. Ariba). The ideal candidate should present good organizational, presentational and interpersonal skills.
