We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

 

IT PMO Manager

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

Establish framework for the PMO operations and services

Tracking and reporting of the key program / project metrics and communicating them to Senior Management and other stakeholders

Managing the full cycle of budget / time / resource forecasting and tracking, as required by the program / project delivery

Close co-operation with the Delivery Leads on all stages of the program / project lifecycle

Making sure the program / project governance framework is in place and compliant with the internal & external regulations

Continuous review of the quality and reliability of various program / project focus areas and presenting dashboard to Senior Management

 

 

Requirements:

Experience in Delivery of PMO Services (IT) – Program Management, Project Management, Project Governance, Quality and Software Development (at least 5 years of relevant experience)

Conversant with various aspects of Project Management and SDLC, like: estimation, analysis, design, development, implementation, testing and support

Very good command of spoken and written English

Expected experience in the following:

Work with Delivery leads to finalize / maintain program budget

Regular Revenue and resource forecast and tracking

Project financial tracking and publishing dashboards on regular basis - report and highlight exceptions to Senior Management and ensure timely resolution

Compile and maintain program demand & resource data

Work with client team for resource management-related activities

Establish governance framework and controls as required for the program

Review the quality and reliability of various project management focus areas and present dashboard to Senior Management

Track the actions based on regular program Estimates, Bid Transition to project, Project Planning & Tracking

Requirement Change Management, Risk Management, Staff Management program governance forums

Excellent time management & organizational skills, with a significant attention to detail
