- Previous experience in contract management - basic understating of law rules (nice to have)
- Fluent English & Polish
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure and dealing with demanding and difficult stakeholders
- Ablility to voice his/her mind and defend performed analysis before other parties.
- Independence, ability to work on the edge of certainty

Your new role
The Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of contract-related activities:
Contract management:
- An analyst should be capable of independently handling all contractual aspects of major projects in cooperation with legal department.
- Monitoring commercial issues and drafting correspondence and notices, as well as promoting the maintenance of records for use in substantiating future claims.
- Work with program staff in understanding and documenting requirements for assigned procurement.
- Draft solicitations and contracts, and related documents for assigned procurements.
- Develop schedules, monitor progress, and communicate required actions for assigned procurements.
- Project management:
- Supporting ad-hoc agreements as well as taking part in master service agreements.
- Controlling and monitoring existing contracts.
