What will you do:
- Monitor network and systems, follow up performance and availability
- Analyze service requests and incidents in server and network environment, resolve or escalate and follow-up
- Operate and contribute to Knowledge Database
- Ensure proper level of patch and antivirus on servers environment
- Monitor and manage infrastructure backup and restore
- Actively participate and challenge the new project implementation performed by Global Operation Team
- Self-independent implementation of projects based on interest or previous experience.

What we expect from you:
- At least 1 years of experience of a Windows or Linux server support
- Active Directory maintenance knowledge and experience
- Backup/Restore solution implementation methods
- Security update on Windows servers implementation experience
- Software package distribution to Windows servers
- Network topology understanding (main terms and usage)
- Communicative English
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Rigor, autonomy and teamwork in daily operations
- Ability to evaluate risks and handle multiple priorities
What would be a plus:
- Server and cloud environment expertise (Storage, VMWare, Linux, Windows, Azure)
- Exchange server support and O365 support experience
- Microsoft SCCM configuration and packages deployment (Patch, AV management)
- VmWare support experience
- Docker and containers
