Your new role
Working on this position you will be responsible for leading the IT Site team in local plant that support IT applications and hardware at the manufacturing facilities. Your daily duties will cover:
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be relevant candidate you need to hold at least B.Sc in Information Technology or other applicable discipline or equivalent knowledge and skills and minimum 3 years’ experience in IT application support in highly automated manufacturing industry dependent on IT systems. Additionally, you need to have strong supervisory, leadership and IT technical skills, good knowledge of relevant IT processes, infrastructure and applications and their requirements and understanding production requirements for IT solutions. We are searching for person with knowledge of the industry practices and requirements, basic knowledge of contract manufacturing industryand basic knowledge of collective agreements and labor laws. Due to work in international environment very good English is required.

Your new role
Working on this position you will be responsible for leading the IT Site team in local plant that support IT applications and hardware at the manufacturing facilities. Your daily duties will cover:
- Responsible for organizing the IT Site Support operations in local plant to meet the required SLA's and direction of Poland Plant Management for achieving business objectives.
- Co-ordinate Infrastructure Services through KBS, including definition of service levels with Europe Regional and U.S. Corporate IT staff.
- Local vendor relationships and contract management (maintaining/developing relationships, contract negotiations and financial monitoring etc) within responsibility area.
- Initiating development projects and other similar efforts according to approved budgets and plans.
- Responsible for overall financial and resource planning and monitoring for IT Site Support.
- Authority to purchase software, hardware, services and work from external vendors according to approved Capex and Requisitions rules.
- Direct supervisory position over IT Support team according to valid organization structure.
- Ensure the competence and maintain and develop the know-how and skills of subordinates (including e.g. organizing introduction and on-going training, evaluating the training and development needs and informing the applicable persons about the identified training needs).
- Ensure that the Quality Management System and the applicable instructions, documentation and specifications are followed in appointed function.
- Ensure that the identified instruction update needs are properly presented to the person responsible for updates.
- Create and maintain instructions as needed.
- Internal communication within own responsibility area; communicating and implementing any applicable information from the company and local site management.
- Responsible for the human resources together with superior.
- Responsible to follow the labor laws, collective agreements and other regulatory laws.
- Together with superior responsible for cost management and supply security within own area of responsibility.
- Provide supervisory and administration routines in timely manner (time sheet approval, development discussions, training planning, salary administration, etc.).
- Responsible to define the purchase needs related to the team under responsibility.
- Ensure the regulatory compliance of critical IT systems, including production technology.
- Ensure safe and inspiring working atmosphere.
- Promote tidiness and good order at the working place including 5S-audits.
What you'll need to succeed
